Linda attended a cooking demonstration that Paul conducted and one of the techniques used was a Reverse Sear for a piece of beef. The result was incredibly tender, cooked mostly in the oven, in a small amount of time on a cooktop. And, cooked just the way you like it. This technique may not suit every type of protein but as a method it was really simple and reasonably quick. Give it a try one time and see what you think.
