Welcome to this episode of Demystified bought to you from the team behind Cooking with Steam. Paul admitted on a previous podcast that he'd never made Zucchini Slice so Linda handed over her recipe, which was really just a list of ingredients and some very basic steps. Taking the same ingredients but adding 2 techniques into the process he bakes his first Zucchini Slice. Paul also used a little of the zucchini to make a zucchini tzatziki for a side dressing.
One recipe with 2 different techniques produces quite different results.
